That's not what we were doing. I was pointing out the irony that in your effort to trash the guy, you linked us an article which basically proves the guy to be a good samaritan.
As for his thoughts on the black panthers, crack, and AIDS-- A lot of people hold quircky little beliefs about history that aren't necessarily consistent with the mainstream. And I would appreciate an answer to my question.

I don't blame Bush for this situation. I blame the local and state goverments and the federal organizations for fucking this up. Some blame is also on the people who stayed behind. There is more evidence that is coming out day after day that shows this isn't Bush's fault, bur rather the fault of the local and state governments. I know that's hard for you to believe, but it's true.
Quite frankly, I don't care who's fault it is. The only reason conservatives have to go in and play the blame game is because liberals and power hungry race mongers decided to jump into it head-first. Fuck those people. I wish liberals would care more about helping the people that were victims of this horrible tragedy then trying to score points by blaming Bush.
