No, but we generally know where government money goes (I guess).

I think most of the charities in that area have been tapped out of their resources, especially if all of the stories of FEMA's incompetence are true.

I dunno, I'll reserve my scrutiny until I can find out more about it (which I'm having a hard time doing).
