Wormwood is legal as an herbal supplemant. Brewing it, though, isn't.
I've never had hallucinations with it, but the first time I had it was in Prague. It totally fucked me up. Subsequent experiments with it... not so impressive.
Yeah, I prefer the Czech ritual over the French one.
