Whats amusing though is someone designed it and more to the point, someone actually paid to manufacture it! That means someone, somewhere said "yeah that ball is good to go!".

We actually have shops over here that are full of this sort of cheap weird stuff. There are ones for cheap tourist tat and others called "pound stretcher" where you can buy strange evil ties and things.
