I think I've had one for a while.

I have this little thing right around my waistline, over my hoo-ha, I guess a little below my bladder. It only happened when I stood up for a while (i.e., when I was at work) and I could push it in. It hurt a little. I heard from someone that it was probably a hernia.

It fixed itself, though, so it probably wasn't.
