I can get Jigglypuff's Down-B to work 70% of the time I try it on the Melee version. You just have to time it at the exact right time for it to work. Usually it works when you jump above the enemy and use it right when you land down onto them. |
I've been playing both Smash Bros. games since they came out and I never knew that.
