Haha well im a wrestler and if your team is any good you are going to overtrain because you will train at least 2-3 hours a day. Half of your practice will be running wind sprints and stairs. If you really want to join then start getting in shape now because first week will be hell for you. Also you will get much stronger just by doing wrestling with all the push ups, team push ups , pull ups, drilling shit like that. If you want to get in beast shape though this is the route to go.
