How can you get stronger and overtrain? Do you mean if I keep fencing in addition to wrestling I'll overtrain?
I don't think our team is like that. I've heard we don't even meet every day. The majority of the conditioning sounds like skill training, sparring, and explosive stuff from the starting position.
I figure that this will also force me to lean out and get ripped considering that I'd need to drop fat and water weight.
