I suppose so, but any system can be circumvented. The only way to completely lock out the chances of vote stuffing would be to have a limited group of judges.

Your donation method is pretty solid though, and any ballot stuffing would require someone to donate more money... very American. I approve.

Is there no way to allow non-donators to view but note vote/play? Perhaps a new phpbb on the same server, but then could you merge the databases afterward? I dunno, I'm clueless about php.
