I saw this same story on fartinmowler dot com except Zimbabwe and Zimbabweans were replaced with New Orleans and Black People and Mugabe was replaced with Bush. There was some additional scatalogical references in the other one as well, which leads me to believe this is the parody.

How can someone who obviously thinks so much of their ideas have so little respect for expressing them? How can someone who so yearns to be taken seriously make so little effort?!
