Hey goat lemme just expand on that.

After the system reboot there was another Bob created too. Dot was about to marry him but then it turned out he was a Trojan Horse megabyte. Megabyte then rapages through the city, and the old bob who turned into something else, is made a guardian again and he comes back. To the extent of my learnin thats when the series was cancelled.

But they did come back later with a miniseries, I don't remember the name but its about some Virus chick who begins infecting the entire world.
