I think it'd be great, but don't shade them black, just tattoo the outlines of the other two triangles very faintly, that's how it was in the game.
A small tattoo of mother brain on your the back of your head or a Starman or Geno on your body would be even better.
Or better yet, tattoo your entire body like Snake's Tiger Stripe camo, then you can truly be Naked Snake
