According to
the official Japanese website, the new Robot Masters are Oil Man and Time Man. First, pictures of their stages:
Oil Man's stage:
An oil refinary is where things take place. Kind of like Flame Man's stage in Mega Man 6.
Time Man's stage:
Apparently you'll be running around inside a clock tower, dodging pendulums and crap.
As for the Robot Masters themselves...
Be at least thankful for the English translations of their names.
