well unfortunetly, bush may have a soild enough argument to get away with what he did because of his falsely provoked war in iraqi, which dispite all our hatred for it, is an actual war, but yes the way he did it was against the law, which even the president is not above, he needs approval from congress and the judical branch before he can do anything like that war or peace, plus this has nothing to do the patriot act, which expires soon I hear tell when I don't know, although I am not sure what act or amendment it does deal with, if anyone has that info I would be happy to know thanks.
