Ok my laptop finally turned up today (writing this message on it) and its pretty good. I've only tried the BF2 demo on it so far which runs flawlessly at low settings but is a little bit dodgey at 1024 and medium settings. I think this is down to my videocard only having 64mb of RAM which is not ideal for BF2's big textures and high draw distance.
Anyway, this post does have a point!
I cant seem to get the touch pad to work, It's enabled in the control panel and whatnot and I cannot see a button on the laptop which turns it on and off (I know some laptops have these), but right out of the box it has not been functioning at all, even the buttons dont work.
Has anyone who is a bit moer knowlageable on laptops got any advice?
EDIT: Its ok, I fixed it. Turns out there is a key combination to enable the touch pad although it still shows as enabled when it is disabled though this combination :/
