But yeah, it's really more of a city of lovable scamps. Sometimes you even do missions that are unquestionably hero work, like all of Hard Case's shit in St. Martial - Every mission of his is SAVE MARTIAL or SAVE MARTIAL'S CITIZENS. Because it's OUR TURF TOO. I could give a fuck less about Martial. I WANTED to help the carnies kill it, but Hard Case got into their plotline too and made me go on a quest of glory to drive the heathens from our lands.

To be fair you do get some really fucked-up missions too, like the new one where you drive to a steel factory and kidnap homeless people for this mad scientist to perform experiments on them.
