It's a flash about a horrible horrible poster (JJCoolJ) that was perma-banned off of SA's forums. He signed up on another forum, was annoying there, and got kicked off. He's been pretty persistant about getting back on, and then I thought of Chojin banning womti for the third time in a row.
If you're wondering why there are animals in this flash, it's because the people involved are furries (including Jazzy/JJCoolJ). Also, the dialouge is from an actual IRC chat.
I thought it was pretty funny.
