$5 mil? I'd make a room 30 feet high and make the floor a giant trampoline. On the ceiling there would be an opening to an adult-sized playplace like you'd find in Chuck E. Cheese... But bigger. And it would have cool shit in it like a video game room and pictures of naked girls holding beer.
