I think this "I'm just being honest" stuff is bullshit. No one's asking you to be honest. She didn't ask you to honestly tell her how you feel about her looks, you took it upon yourself to say jerk-like things and tried to justify it with "honesty."
And for the guy who used "slut" -- you're a total dick. Shame on you for being so insensitive, stupid and careless with your words. I hope you have a bad day.
