I sincerely doubt it. I watched a video of the whole hour long presentation from GDCE (
http://www.pqhp.com/cmp/gdctv/) and it sounds like the code is very streamlined. The whole point of it all being "procedural" as I understand it is that everything is driven by more efficient coding instead of using better computers.
We'll see though. This video is making the rounds a year after the presentation it was recorded at, so they must be close to release.
