I stayed up for 48 hours once (finals week). NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO THAT.
Hmmm I felt slightly nautious the whole time, which wasn't that bad, but it also felt like my body was going into self-destruct mode. Plus I'd start mistaking things for something else for about half a second (thought a fluffy cat walking near me was a pillow being dragged by a fishing line or something before I took a closer look). I also thought I was seeing things moving out of the corner of my eye when there really wasn't anything.
