Lady Vengeance is kind of a cross between Mr. Vengeance and Oldboy. Depending on what you liked about Oldboy would determine if you'd like this or not. It's definitely NOT Oldboy, though.
But if you liked the first two movies, you'll like this one. I loved the style and the story, and it was a perfect end to the Revenge Trilogy.
