kinda loose calling this a trilogy, implying there's a theme. it's not really that, it just a vehicle for Park's cruelty.

but it's awesome and i dont care.

lady vengeance is definately intense. we went in a lecture hall, lowered the screen, and watched it through. not as "oh god, what was the POINT" as mr vengeance, and not as stylistic or horrifying than oldboy, actually no, scratch that, it's amazingly fucking repulsive in parts, and ... it was really good.

can't WAIT for the dvd...
