Yeah, Im pretty sure it is. Its also illegal because you can burn the iso (which the game is downloaded as to make it easier on PC users to download) and place the CD in your Playstation, it will run. Plus there is also a whole .txt to help you along.

The download uses bittorrent, so if you dont like, you dont download. But it isnt that big.
