IQ scores are generally arbitrary. If you read literature such as the Mismeasure of Man and Beyond the Bell Curve, you'll find out exactly how meaningless they really are.
The reason that Jews are successful is because of the strong focus on education in traditional Jewish culture, and the push for it among Jewish families.
