A poor man and a rich man can have the same IQ, because a high IQ doesn't guarantee academic or financial success. A child with a high intelligence could fail at school for many reasons. But a child with high intelligence is obviously more likely to be successful. And it therefore makes all the difference to the overall educational success and consequent financial success of a racial group.

Now, if Jews (but not butwank) on average have a higher IQ than Whites or Blacks in Europe and America then they're more likely to be academic successful and therefore more likely to get better jobs and be in positions of power and influence. And that leads to suspicion and resentment and conspiracy theories. See?
