There is a national listing of sex offenders. If they are in your neighborhood, you can find out simply by going to the police dept. If they are not registered there (no matter what your poverty level is--they NEED to be listed with the police department) then they are in Federal Violation. That is more than enough for them to be arrested.

If there was a loophole and they slipped through it, it is the only way that they can still be in your neighborhood.
