The argument that they are taking away 4th ammendment rights is moronic, at best. If the police enter a home to prevent a violent crime between spouses, it isn't wrong. They aren't searching or siezing anything, and if they do, it would probably be the weapon, and in plain sight anyway.
I say more power to the cops with this case. They did nothing wrong.
