It doesn't 'redirect' in the way you're probably thinking of, though. It's not like a go.to/queeradndlair thing.

Let's start from the beginning.

You register a domain name. When you type in the domain name, your COMPUTADORA checks the registry for what DNS is associated with that name. The DNS redirects you to the server that hosts the content. This content is never ACTUALLY at www.esuohlim.com, it's in a local directory on the hoster's server, but is listed at the root esuohlim.com in the hoster's local root folder.

The all-in-one package site you're mentioning just happens to do several of the necessary steps for you; Usually you have to buy the domain and hosting seperately.

FOR EXAMPLE, on popnko.com, my root web directory is stored in ewww\eyockey\popnko.com. anything that i upload to that directory will appear right after www.popnko.com. If I uploaded PORNO.jpg to ewww\eyockey\popnko.com, the address would be www.popnko.com/PORNO.jpg.
