In this case, what does it matter about getting the name out there, though. They are fucking Nintendo, just like how Tom Cruise doesn't need to marry Katie Holmes. He's Tom fucking Cruise, man, and Nintendo is fucking Nintendo. In this case, yeah, the publicity is bad, though.
