I'd have to go with Haley Joel Osmet. I know he's not a *bad* actor, but he's so fucking smug in interviews and over hyped.
I saw the most amazing child actor ever on Smallville, named Ryan Kelley. I've never seen a better child actor in my life (except maybe Tatum O'Neil or Jodie Foster), he was genuine and cute and not remotely annoying (and I don't like kids). I hope he makes a name for himself cause he's really amazing.
