i doubt any of you could help me on this one, because i remember so little about this cartoon. someone just might remember though

ok, there was this very short lived cartoon from the 90s. i dont remember the name of it, all i remember is that during one episode they defined what a U.F.O is and showed different examples of it. It had this guy with hair kind of like a mop and he might've been a chicken or something, and he had two stupid side kicks that showed how a UFO didnt have to be a space ship, it could be a frisbee or something. One of them might've been a robot.
