Sometimes I make biscuits with shredded cheese mixed into the dough, and the best kind of cheese I've ever used with it is mozzerella with sun dried tomato and basil pesto. It's like ecstacy
The only thing that could have made it better is if I hadn't've had to use bisquick. ;(
