This is such a load of bull honky. There's no reason those darn dangerous people can't be held in American facilities, given due process, or at least have SOME kind of process. If we're not torturing them, if we've tapped them out on resources, if we're not goingto set them free, well then what ARE we doing?
Well anyway, it looks like membersof Congress intend to move on this ruling and take a handle over Gitmo. We'll see how that goes.
