Whoa I just raised my taxes from 15 to 20, and only lost 1 happiness, down to 14.80. I thought I'd lose much more than that...
Your people approve of this national religion but the majority of your people would prefer something else. Perhaps they do not desire a religion.
Atheism, right? I guess that means my country is going to be a bunch of godless commies :/
