Voting because you dislike a war or dislike a person is just as bad as voting for religion and "Morals". I mean, I've heard some people argue that the Clinton sex scandal is basically what gave Bush his 'in'. I don't know if morality was a big issue in the first bush election since I didn't pay much attention to it, but there you have a little bit of a connection if so.
Voting reactionarily rather than reasonably could potentially cause us to have an even worse president than Bush.

Bush isn't running for president again.
