A movie based on the "Wayfarer Redemption" series by Sara Douglass. Sara Douglass is one of the best Australian fantasy authors there is in my opinion and a properly done movie I think would really escalate her popularity overall, maybe even convinicing her to do additional series of books with similar structure.
