I think the full version does look a bit better texture wise...I am sur ethe reason they hold back on the demo is to keep its size a bit smaller.
The game loads pretty fast for me..but it stinks that you have to load new areas so often. It runs really smooth for me even at 1600x1200 until I get into a big gun fight
overall this game is pretty entertaining.
