Have you even played the game? I believe you haven't, because:

1) I'm quite sure that the main character does NOT turn into an ape in any of the levels.
2) The hero needs 3 power-up balls to transform not 2.
3) And last but certainly not least, you can't beat up the villain in 1st level.

So yeah, great job indeed
