soundtest - I sure hope that kid goes to the labour board. Thats the fucking weakest thing I ever heard, and I'm pretty sure he could take them for a hell of alot, starting with wrongful dismissal, improper notice of dismissal, etc.
Of course I live in a NDP mandated province, were nothing you do is ever your fault.
