She's very insecure about playing live, and so when she does, she's a mess. During the show that I saw, she put on sunglasses so that she wouldn't see the crowd as clearly. Other shows, she would turn her back to the audience. Songs become other songs, she would forget how to play a song, whisper to the crowd, say really weird things, crack jokes... Still think her albums are cool, though.
