So, I heard this crazy story and I thought this would be a great place to post it. This guy lived in the Southwest, I got the impression from the guy I heard it from that it was the Mexico/New Mexico border, and he had a suspicion that his wife was cheating on him. He went to a shaman and asked what insights he could bring, and the shaman gave him three pots and tolled him to shoot at them all the way with sincere effort from ten yards away.

The man shot all three pots as instructed and told the shaman this. The old man grew a stern face, and gave him three more pots to repeat the process to be sure. Once again, the man shot all three pots from ten yards away and told the shaman. The shaman said that this meant that yes, the wife was cheating.

The man then killed his wife for it and was subsequently arrested and eventually executed for murder.

I just thought that story kind of related to what all you guys were talking about.
