Even when there's ice on the pavement in NC, and no matter how much or little, everybody still drives 90 and half the population dies out. Rather than letting Darwinian evolution take its course, the entire state pretty much closes at the sight of snow. Good for students, awful for this state's reputation. H8 my st8.
