Somebody PLEASE explain YouTube.
I'm trying to upload a video to YouTube, and all I keep getting is "please confirm your e-mail." I have clicked on this option SEVERAL times, it confirms my e-mail, but I STILL am unable to upload any videos.
What am I doing wrong?
