I have no doubt the ACLU will be willing to take his case, as well they should.
You remember the ACLU, the one Bush senior hated so much he compared it to communism?
Not that I think this teacher needs to face any discipline (Letters of rebuttal should suffice) but you should read the article before you title it Vince. It should be "Question gays? Get a one months suspension without pay."
