Yes my friend God is real. Look around at creation. If you look at a building you say there must be a builder right? If you look at a painting you say, there must be a painter. There is no big bang. We were not from apes. If you read the bible you will see everything ties together with the way the world is going. God created us to worship Him. He did not make us to be robots. He did give us a free will. Sin has seperated man from God. The only way back to God is through His son, Jesus. He sent His son to die for you because He loves you. He took all the sins of the world on himself when He died on the cross. If you ask Jesus to come into your heart and forgive you of all your sins He will.
