Man why would you even want to? Hair on the nutsack, to women, is like the cherry on top. They love it! TRUST ME
with that said, I always use a brand new Mach 3 Fusion or something like it. I would also say get some nice shaving cream, like for sensitive skin. Do it in the shower as well, make sure it's hot in there.
