inbreeding doesn't "cause mutation", it just causes loads of recessive genes to be expressed (and most of those are for unhealthy traits btw)
it's like sifting thru a catbox, the act of sifting doesn't CREATE more shit but it brings out the shit that was buried underneath the surface
