I really don't understand people who go on shooting rampages.

I understand people might be bitter because they are picked on at school, or they hate life or people who are jerks to them or something. Why don't they take that anger and hatred and kill people who are jerks though instead of going on rampages and possibly killing nice people who are innocent and have never done anything to you? I mean, if somebody came to school and shot all of their bullies in the face it wouldn't be as bad as randomly shooting innocent people, I think.
