grapefruits are awesome, but if you gave up alcohol and soda you'd probably lose weight anyway. Besides helping you lose weight and other things, if you drink/eat a lot of it before you do drugs it makes the drugs last longer. I think that's why Raoul Duke has all those grapefruits in fear and loathing
also: honey and lemon! has anybody tried that yet everybody who's tried it who we've told to try it has lost a lot of weight with minimal exercise and diet changes.
